1. Charging services
Electrical energy delivered to your vehicle cannot be returned. Where a session failed, billed incorrectly, or did not deliver the energy you paid for, the remedy is a refund — please see our Refund Policy.
2. Physical items
This policy applies to physical items we supply, such as RFID access cards.
Faulty or defective items
Under section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, you may return an item that is defective, unsafe, or not fit for its intended purpose within six months of delivery. We will repair, replace or refund it at your election, at no cost to you.
Damaged on arrival
Tell us within seven days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at our cost.
Incorrect item supplied
If we send the wrong item, we will collect it and supply the correct one at our cost.
Change of mind
Where the seven-day cooling-off right under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 applies, you may return an unused item in its original packaging within seven days of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning it, and we will refund the purchase price within 30 days.
3. What we cannot accept
- Items damaged through misuse, tampering or unauthorised modification;
- Items returned without proof of purchase;
- Consumed or delivered energy;
- Items returned outside the periods above, other than valid CPA defect claims.
4. How to return something
- Email sales@levelupev.co.za with your order reference and what is wrong.
- We will confirm the return address and, where the return is our responsibility, arrange collection.
- Once received and inspected, we will process the repair, replacement or refund within seven to fourteen business days.
5. Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
